Our rent is based on 30% of your gross income, ensuring that our housing is affordable for all. We also offer deductions on the rent for elderly, handicapped, and disabled individuals with medical expenses. Working families paying out of pocket for daycare can also count those expenses as deductions. We work with all applicants to find a home that suits their needs based on family size. Our goal is to help individuals and families find stable housing and sustain it for the long term.
